The VIOLA holiday home is located in the new Cala Sol residential complex.

The scent of the sea, only 170 m away, gives your holiday a wonderful awakening.
The house has plenty of natural light coming in through the large windows.
The rooms are always comfortable and cool thanks to the air conditioning system and are divided as follows: a living-dining area with sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The house can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection.

It also has a private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture.

Cala Sol, apart from being 1.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Maganuco, is a few steps away from a low cliff that gently slopes into the sea. In Maganuco we also provide you with a spot with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds.

The location is also an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding area, which is full of significant cities of art including Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Noto and Syracuse, charming seaside villages such as Sampieri, Pozzallo and Marzamemi and some of the island's major natural attractions such as Capo Passero, the Cava d'Ispica and the Vendicari nature reserve.
